The future of camping

The future of camping

Attention all environmentally friendly campers check out Orange’s Glastonbury Solar Concept Camping Tent. With very smart eco-energy technology, the Glastonbury not only provides a roof over your head, but lets you keep in touch and power other bits and bobs. So how does it work? the concept tent uses specially coated solar threads that are woven into its fabric, and since it’s lightweight, there’s no need to drag along bulky solar panels. Other  features include a flexible touch screen LCD display that shows the amount of energy generated from its central wireless control hub, and an internal heating element integrated in its groundsheet so you can keep your toes warm on those chilly nights. Sounds like an idea for those who enjoy creature comforts when going camping.
